150g Philedelphia Light Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese
Dash of milk
100g raw bacon
Lemon juice
Salt
- Using frylight, grill the bacon until just about to turn crispy.
- Add the cream cheese and a dash of milk to loosed up the sauce
- Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Serve with any pasta you choose (I prefer either spaghetti or fusilli but the choice is yours)
Remember this is only free on a GREEN DAY, and as long as you use your Healthy Extra choices for your sauce.
Extra lean minced beef
1 heaped tablespoon of Tomato puree
2 tablespoons of Soy sauce (light)
2 egg yolks
- It's really as simple as mixing all the ingredients in a bowl (I tend to use my hands - a little messy but gets the job done great!)
- Mould the mixture into golf ball sized patties, squish a little and grill (preferably using a George Forman or similar), until nice and brown.
These were gorgeous served with homemade salsa (chopped fresh tomatoes, chopped jalapenos, a little garlic and a dash of lime juice), and some SW wedges.

- Bake at 180c for 25-30mins, or until golden brown and firm,

1 chicken breast per person (cut into chunks)
Low fat natural yoghurt
Low fat fromage frais
Tikka spices
Tin of chopped tomatoes
2 eggs
2 Tomatoes
- Mix a good dollop of natural yoghurt with a heaped tablespoon of tikka spice mix, and stir in the chicken chunks ensuring they are all evenly coated. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Fry the chicken and mixture until the chicken is golden brown, and then add 2 tablespoons of fromage frais and the tin of tomatoes, set to low and simmer for 30mins.
- In the meantime, boil 2 eggs until hard boiled in another pan.
- When the tikka has thickened up a bit, peel and slice the egg and add to the curry, along with the two tomatoes, cut into 8ths.
- Serve straight away with rice.

This is completely syn free on EE.
1 pot of Quark
2 Options Wicked White hot chocolate sachets (2 syns each)
4 Alpen Light chocolate/fudge cereal bar (Healthy Extra B)
Fruit of your choice (I recommend berries, but anything would work to be honest)
Sweetener
- Break up the cereal bars and blast in the microwave for 20 seconds, until lightly melted.
- Press the gooey cereal bar into the base of your cheesecake container - I find glass tumblers are useful for this.
- Mix Quark, 2 tablespoons of sweetener and the 2 sachets of Options together.
- Spoon the mixture onto the cereal bar base, sprinkle with fruit and leave to set in the fridge for 30mins.
Voila!
This recipe is 2 syns each if using cereal bars as your healthy extra.
